Lori Buckman successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from California State University Los Angeles.  She has in excess of 26 years’ experience in customer service and customer satisfaction.  Lori has effectively managed sales territories and portfolios, staff members as well as an HR manager.  Clearly she is a skillful contract negotiator with emphasis on closing, preparation of legal documents, training of personnel, and customer service liaison.

Lori is dedicated to “paying it forward” partly due to her family upbringing, and her vision of providing safe havens for those in need.

James Buckman acquired his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Redlands.  He has over 40 years of experience in National Account Management, insurance litigation and customer service. He has acquired immeasurable interpersonal skill sets that lend themselves to working with variety of personalities, conditions and situations.  James had four rewarding years of service with the Special Olympics as a volunteer while working at GTEL/GTE aka Verizon. These four special years gave him insight and compassion for individuals who were dealing with situations and conditions that most of us can only imagine.
